Ok, first of all, the anonymity of the person who got me the premium membership back in February is STILL killing me! I'm forever grateful and thank you again!

So Anime North is this weekend already and I am stressed beyond belief! So much to do, so little time!

But I can't wait to be there, missed it last year and I'm really excited to be part of it this year!  I also can't wait to see everybody, the best part of a con to me! Hang out with awesome friends!

So here's my line up for the week end!



Friday: Queen Minnie, Kingdom Hearts Series
Saturday: Onion Knight, Dissidia Final Fantasy
Sunday: Myself, no cosplay


Reminder: When I cosplay, I don't wear my glasses! So if it seems like I'm looking at someone with no apparent reaction, it's probably because I can't make out the person! I'm not ignoring anyone! Just wanted to make that clear again! lol

I kinda miss my Premium Membership T^T  *Sniff, sniff*

On a different note, G-Anime was fun.  It was a much smaller con than the ones I've been to before but it was a fun experience none the less! (Of course, when you spend your weekend surrounded by wonderful friends and awesome people, it's impossible to not have a good time! I'm looking at you, , , , , , , , , , , , , and I might even be forgetting a few here!) I would definitely go again next year!

I also somehow won a couple of prizes at the masquerade which bumped me to the level above but I'm willing to argue that fact! I'm not ready yet! I'm not good enough! So much more I need to learn before I can join the rank of the great ones!  (I didn't get that many pics from the con but when I'll be done procrastinating, I'll post 'em.)

Now, Anime North is about 3 months away and I have NO effing idea what I'm gonna do for my major Cosplay.  Aaarrrrgh!  I have my hall cosplays figured out but when it comes to the one that I would make if I ever decide to enter the Masquerade, I have no clue! I want to try to get away from the typical princess dress do something different but I'm stumped.  Of course, it would have to revolve around my favorite fandoms such as Final Fantasy, Legend of Zelda, Disney, etc....It's driving me nuts! I need to figure out something!!!

Oh, oh!! And I finally got to see the Rurouni Kenshin live action movie! This was me during the movie I had to pause twice because I felt my ovaries explode.  Kenshin has been my number one favorite anime for a decade so seeing a wonderful live action rendition (a good live action movie for a change!) brought everything to full circle for me.

Also while I'm here, I want to wish you all a Happy Valentine's day, whether you spend it with a special someone, friends or family! See y'all and take care!

Been a couple of months since I last showed signs of life so I thought I'd update my journal!

The Halloween party is getting close and I'm almost done re-touching and re-doing parts of my Halloween Princess Peach cosplay. There's going to be a masquerade at that party but I'm a little scared to participate with my Halloween Princess Peach as an Artisan...It's the only costume I have for the party and I don't feel like its Artisan level....

Yes, because somehow, I'm an Artisan now. I'm gonna have to change and challenge myself. After Halloween, I'm done with simple Princess gowns.  If I want to prove to myself that I'm worth the category I am in, I'll have to get out of my comfort zone, do things I've never done before and that's exactly want I'm gonna try to do in 2013.

I have some cosplays lined up for G-Anime, Anime North and Otakuthon with some gaps here and there but I'm determined and motivated to do different and try my hardest!

Aside from cosplay, I finally discovered Adventure Time (I'm addicted), this show's so funny and random, I love it. :thumb256106542: Also, I love the fact that I hear Psy on the radio.  I love catching Gangnam Style as I'm heading to the mall, it's fawesome.

In September I went on a wonderful trip to Disneyland that included a beautiful new chapter in my life , I won't dive into the personal details (anyhow, if I know you personally, you already probably know from Facebook).  

It was fantastic and magical! Disneyland is so rich with history and beauty. Cars Land completely blew me away; I don't think there are any words out there that can properly describe how amazing it is (Got to ride Radiator Spring Racers 7 times! Yay!) California is definitely gorgeous, warm and sunny, I didn't want to leave. I had the time of my life (even though I came back home witha cold!) I already miss it terribly.
